Project Outline: Online AV provides in house audio-visual support to a number of hotels across the UK. By being extremely familiar with the venue details as including access, power supply and room layouts, we are able to provide an excellent service to clients holding events at these venues.

For this event, the venue was not available the day before, so a speedy and efficient installation of the equipment was required on the morning of the event in time for a prompt 8.30am start.

As this was a larger hotel package, one of our more substantial conference sets was utilised, which incorporates a 10ft rear projection screen.

Plasma screens were also provided as comfort monitors in front of the stage to allow the presenters to view the content on the screen without having to face the back of the stage.

Online AV provided a complete solution for the event, including delivery and installation of all equipment together with the supply of experienced audio-visual technicians to operate equipment. Professional camera recording equipment and an experienced camera operator were also provided to make a recording of the event for the client.
