Project Outline: Online AV provides in house audio-visual support to a number of hotels across the UK. By being extremely familiar with the venue details including access, power supply and room layouts, we are able to provide an excellent service to clients holding events at these venues.

For this particular event, a simple yet effective stage set was provided which made maximum use of the limited ceiling height available. It was further enhanced by the use of directional lighting colour coordinated with company branding.

An 8ft by 6ft rear projection screen was supplied, enabling speakers to present in front of the screen without casting shadows onto the image. Content was created via a combination of PowerPoint graphics and video playback.

A discreet public address system was also provided, utilising lapel radio microphones for presenters and handheld radio mics for audience feedback with the emphasis on audio clarity and intelligibility rather than volume.

Online AV provided a complete solution for the event, including delivery and installation of all equipment as well as supplying experienced technicians to be available during the event.
