Opening a Credit Account
Credit facilities will only be given when an account has been opened. Forms can be downloaded by clicking here and must be backed by trade & bank references. If no account is in place, then amounts relating to the hire period, including insurance, must be paid in full prior to release of the equipment, and a deposit made proportional to the value of the goods hired. Credit is subject to the Online AV Ltd terms and conditions, which includes provision for the addition of interest and reclamation of discount if the agreed credit period is exceeded.

Insurance
A standard charge calculated at 12% of the listed rental rate will be added to all invoices for the insurance of equipment. This is shown as "damage waiver" and indemnifies the hirer from liability should loss or damage occur. This is subject to an excess charge of £250 per item and the Online AV Ltd terms and conditions. Clients who have a credit account with Online AV Ltd are welcome to make their own insurance arrangements. Details outlining this procedure and the requirements are available on request. Written confirmation of the cover arranged and completed application will be required prior to equipment being delivered or collected from Online AV.
